Not being able to see your child for over 4 years after my divorce – missing birthdays, being kept away from their first steps walking, and feeling like a victim in the court system; I began to lose faith in the system. I am grateful that there are people like you willing to help and go the extra mile to do what’s right for our children. Seeing a “happy father’s day to me a single mom” on my ex-spouse’s social media was hurtful because I tried so hard to be part of the family but couldn’t.
